🌱 Neuro Newbies

What is a neuro newbie?

You're a neuro newbie if you're just starting to suspect your brain works differently, maybe you’ve been seeing things online that resonate just a little too much to be a coincidence and the standard response of “we’ve all got traits like that” aren’t helping anymore. You’re ready for more clarity and understanding into the brain and body connection to understand yourself or your loved one’s habits and presentation just a little more. Or maybe you've just been officially diagnosed and everything feels like it's shifting. You're standing at the beginning of a new trail, one where things you never had words for are finally getting named. As with most “unknowns,” when we shed light on them they become much more manageable.

Why should I care?

Those “quirks” you’ve masked, misunderstood, or blamed yourself for? They might be part of a brilliant pattern. Learning how your brain actually works can shift everything—from your energy to your relationships to how you take care for yourself and experience the world.

How to know if I’m a neuro newbie:

  • You’ve recently heard the word “neurodivergent” and felt drawn to explore

  • You’re asking, “Wait… is this ADHD? Autism? Sensory stuff? OCD? - what does my anxiety mean, here?”

  • You’re exhausted trying to fit in or look put together, and want something that fits you instead.
